Replaced manual call-center (IVR) configuration with a programmatic call-flow platform — backend services and APIs for routing rules, menus and call analytics that cut setup time and operational overhead.

I’m Estifanose — a software engineer from Addis Ababa who lives where backend code meets running infrastructure. I’ve automated 1000-endpoint enterprise estates, shipped the ordering backend behind KFC Africa, and built ML services for finance and insurance.
I care about systems that are reliable, observable and boring to operate — and I lean on AI-assisted workflows to move fast without letting quality slip. Two degrees (Computer Engineering + Business Administration) mean I read a requirement and a P&L in the same breath.
